for some reason it doesn't let me play it on Itch but it works in my browser. The issue with that though is that my saves don't stay. I tried saving to files but when I opened it again it took me to a completely different page that looked like just a bunch of code. I don't know if I'm doing it wrong or what, if someone could please help that would be awesome!
The game works best played in browser, yes! For the game to work and let you save properly, it has to have access to your web storage. So if your browser has settings or extensions that prevent that from happening you can run into save or launch issues.
Some things that most commonly cause issues: not allowing 3rd party cookies, having privacy extensions or adblockers on like uBlock Origin, or trying to run it in incognito mode. Make sure you have 3rd party cookies enabled, whitelist the game page on any adblockers you have, and if all that fails try using a different browser to play the game. Hope this helps!!
Just wanted to leave a short note how much I love all the little situations that remind us of the crowns background. I played the first chapters for over 8 times now but I still smile and laugh a lot every time when I do start over, just right now at the start of chapter 4 when the crown discovers the "waterfall" in their bathroom. Love your writing so much , please never stop. <3
Hey! I'm not an English speaker, but I have a question. I've played X's route several times, but I can't get the relationship to stop being unstable. What pattern should I follow? 😭🙌
I think there's a tutorial for that somewhere down, down doooown, in the comments but it's basically the choice before ch 12 and the one where you don't ask X to apologize too when you find her with that guy, i think? (I'm not sure btw) The choice I'm talking about before ch12 is if you ask X to promise you smth or if you let them go (haven't replayed since like two days after ch13 came out so i don't remember the exact words used) - the choice should be that you don't keep X there to have a good relationship (at least that's what i chose and i did get a steady relationship)
D made me start crying. Like something about the soft little moments in the end actually had me tearing up. I keep on forgetting they aren't real. I want to jump through the screen and hug them and tell them they deserve love, and for the love of whatever divinity may be out there, please stop being so hard on yourself. Something about speaking bluntly makes my heart flutter in a way I know I won't get in real life. They set the bar too high!
Can someone help me ? Whatever I do I can't find balance between the nobility and the public and it's affecting my choices . They either say that I didn't prioritize the nobility or the public enough.
A has my whole entire heart it's not even funny. They are sooo effortlessly cool and i CANNOT pass up the bodyguard dynamic it's literally too peak for words...
Their route is so tender and understanding and has such a wonderful closeness to it bro... my second fave is D, the YEARNINGGGGG goes absolutely CRAZY. it makes every little moment hit that much harder and it's cool to see how your political decisions tend to affect them more than other romances. god what an amazing game your writing is superb
i haven't played at all but i've had this in a collection to keep an eye for over a year now. I was wondering if you know how many chapters the game will be in total, since I would love to play but I prefer to wait for projects to be completed before i get emotionally invested, lol.
Pretty sure you need to have dismissed the whole court of law back in that earlier chapter after the coronation, because that ensures you don't have too much opposition- you need to favor the public in order to unlock the option to dismiss them! I've found a good way to do so is by: telling the public (not the nobles) about the assassination attempt, arrange extra festivities during the coronation ONLY for the public, condemn the guy during the ceremony, and to agree with the artists during the coronation feast. I believe I've done it before without condemning the guy if you don't wanna do that though
This is accurate, but to add: if you can't dismiss the Office of Law, having either Lady Naza as an ally (you'll need to win her respect for her to apply to your court) or Minister Awir as an ally (you'll need points with the elites to unlock this option: not just agreeing to his proposal but suggesting a long-term alliance) will also lead to a successful defense!
Hey umm guys after chap 13 I'm kinda suspicious of Ishrah. Its true that shes one of our servants but there was a choice previously where if we treated her with kindness she goes suspiciously quiet and now shes escorting Bazo so I can't help but wonder perhaps if there is something going on there or if I'm just over speculating idk.
